About OYO Skincare:

We are OYO Skincare, a female-founded, small but powerful team focused on solving all intimate skin concerns. With our natural formulas, we are on a mission to break the taboos associated with intimate skincare and promote a body-positive message.

Your Role:

We're in search of a mid-to-senior level Creative Strategist to join our remote team part-time, with the possibility of full-time employment in the future. We need a data-driven marketer and creative mind who is intimately familiar with social media trends and user-generated content (UGC), and has a solid background in the e-commerce sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to improve creative performance, build a creative system for OYO and a creative team at OYO Skincare. You'll work closely with our founders and be instrumental in shaping our brand's creative identity.

Your North Star KPI:

Achieve a ROAS >= 3 in our ad account within the first 45 days.

What You'll Do:

• Use your paid and organic social media expertise to conceive creatives that resonate and convert like BOMB.
• Design, implement, and manage our creative strategy for Meta Ads, our primary marketing channel.
• Analyze ad performance and formulate creative roadmaps based on the insights you gather
• Build a creative team and manage collaborations with content creators.

What We're Looking For:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook Ads and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
• Experience in building and leading creative systems/teams.
• Deep understanding of UGC and how it resonates with social media users.
• A data-driven marketer with a proven track record in creative strategy, ideally within an agency or e-commerce environment.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
