We are Made In Network. We are the largest & most influential entertainment network you’ve never heard of.


What are we looking for?


We are currently looking for a YouTube Content Strategist to be part of our team headquartered in Nashville, but can be based anywhere.


So tell me more:

You will be a part of the team at Made In Network that handles strategy and channel management alongside the Creative and Production teams.


You will handle a few clients simultaneously and will be responsible for managing the strategy of each YouTube channel and other relevant social media as well as communicating with your clients for questions, reporting, and idea generation.


Managing a channel's strategy includes studying YouTube analytics and data, researching trends, keeping your channels in line with YouTube's best practices, and owning the vision and direction of the channel as a whole.


The ideal candidate would be a fast learner and be comfortable working with sets of data, analyzing their performance, and offering tangible insights to other members of the team.


We are seeking someone who can sustain a passion for learning and relearning all of the factors that lead to successful digital content strategy in an ever changing landscape. Apply if you are driven, self-starting, positive, and detail oriented.


Content Strategist Responsibilities:

+ Lead strategic growth and development of YouTube channels and other social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

+ Understand and analyze social media data to make data-driven suggestions and decisions

+ Optimize (title,thumbnail, description, tags) and release videos weekly across a number of channels and platforms

+ Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns

+ Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest news and best practices of the various social media platforms


The ideal candidate has or does most of this stuff:

+ 2+ years experience in marketing, entertainment, film & media, or other related field

+ Understanding of YouTube Studio (YouTube Certified is a plus)

+ Experience with other social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

+ Effective analytical skills: ability to analyze and research performance data and apply findings to optimize program strategy

+ Attention to detail, and the ability to maintain several different projects simultaneously

+ Excellent writing skills
