Job Description

CEI’s Fortune 30 Client in Media and Telecommunications is looking for a Jr. Content Strategist to add to their team!

  • Fully remote with rate set at $22.50/hr.
  • Prior education or work experience required.
  • W-2 contract with long-term potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Expand content across platforms to drive viewership and increase revenue.
  • Assist with tracking analytics and trending videos/playlists to help make informed decisions when building the editorial calendar and pushing content live.
  • Support the editorial team with the day-to-day.
  • To make content more robust and increase returning viewership across all platforms.
  • Top edit playlists submitted by freelancers and curate daily playlists.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, etc.
  • Familiarity with wireframing tools like Axure or Balsamiq
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Journalism)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools
