Job Description

We are looking for a remote Corporate Wellness Program Manager who will be inspired by the opportunity to work directly with client companies to develop and deliver employee health and wellness programs. Your Role

  • Maintain a strong understanding of employee wellness programming including strategy, design, and compliance
  • Work in collaboration with insurance and wellness consultants on shared clients
  • Coordinate client meetings, communications, reporting, screenings, and events by leveraging Sterling’s internal resources
  • Facilitate the delivery of quarterly reports, incentive reports, and aggregate reports and use data to guide strategy and decision-making
  • Ensure client success through the proactive delivery of ongoing services and administration of wellness programs

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Up to 25% travel may be required, including some overnight and early mornings
  • Proficiency in the job-related use of Microsoft Office products and database programs
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years’ experience in wellness or benefits industry; direct client-facing experience preferred
  • Experience with claims analytics and chronic condition management programs is a plus
  • Strong desire for client satisfaction: you enjoy getting the client experience right
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet capability
