Job Description
We are seeking an expert Account Manager with a proven track record of leading successful Supercomputing HPC and AI engagements in the Federal Government and Academia space. This full-time, customer-facing position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA Solution Architects, Developer Relations, Product Management to drive revenue for the company through growth in assigned accounts, programs and ecosystem. The role requires a good understanding of the Federal business ecosystem and a consistent track record of sales success with DOE labs and NSF Supercomputing Centers. You must demonstrate the skills to shift easily from working with top executives and government program managers to engineers both inside and outside the company.


What You'll Be Doing


  • You will be responsible for execution on all aspects of demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales leadership, training and education to end user customers, OEM's and partners.
  • Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers, agencies and surrounding ecosystem.
  • Build key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue.
  • Define, drive and communicate product strategy for products and features specific to your customer's needs back into the Data Center Business Unit.
  • Work closely with OEM, GSI's, NPN's, and research partners to craft and implement go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and adoption of the NVIDIA product family, both Software and Hardware, within your defined accounts.
  • Ability to travel as business requirements require.
  • Grow revenue and market share for NVIDIA Data Center products in assigned territory.


What We Need To See


  • Consistent track record of working as part of a larger team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Direct experience working in Government account management in a business development or sales role representing systems, software, or other related HPC infrastructure.
  • 10+ years selling to the HPC market.
  • Proven sales success, leadership and goal achievement.
  • A history of implementing successful long term technology partnerships with customers and partners.
  • Familiarity with Federal purchasing processes and vendor engagement experience within the US federal government landscape.
  • Apply excellent listening and analytical skills, a consultative selling approach, and be highly motivated.


Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd


  • Understanding of Acceleration, Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
  • Specialty skills in HPC, Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions.
  • Prior experience with Department of Energy and federally funded HPC Centers.

The cash compensation range is $208,000 - $327,750, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
