Job Description

Hero is seeking a highly strategic and growth minded SVP, Client Partner. The SVP, Client Partner will lead Hero’s Health & Wellness Portfolio and be responsible for driving revenue growth, building market presence, and developing an action oriented team encouraging a culture based on quality, integrity, and passion for the work.


Who you are


  • You understand the vertical market and the strategies clients need to provide a better care/patient experience; guiding VPs and C-level executives in their digital and marketing transformation journey
  • You're a savvy CX professional that is skilled in crafting multi-disciplined business solutions for clients including: Business Strategy, Customer Experience Strategy, Lifecycle Marketing, Engineering and Technology, Data and Insights, and Experience Design
  • You operate with client-first approach to drive quality work and positive relationships, both internally and externally, bringing 15+ years of account management experience and previous experience leading a Healthcare portfolio of accounts
  • You have a track record of managing, mentoring, and inspiring your team while guiding and resolving challenges
  • You have served as a Portfolio owner of a large account or a collection of regional books of business across the Health & Wellness space including; provider, payer, and DTC
  • You have a keen focus on revenue growth and recurring business with Fortune 1000 brands; acting as a hands-on account manager while driving defined business objectives and financial targets for the company
  • You enjoy cultivating relationships and networking in order to drive new and organic account growth


What you’ll do


  • Drive Digital and Business Strategy for client’s that define strategic initiatives; leveraging Hero’s strategy group and other disciplines as needed
  • VP+ and C-Suite relationships with key stakeholders within a client organization that drive organic growth and healthy CSAT
  • Serve as a Portfolio owner of a large account or a collection of regional books of business, or a industry vertical; drive defined business objectives and financial targets for the company
  • Operate with with client-first mindset to drive quality work and positive relationships, internally and externally
  • Drive strategic growth and sales; serving as Pitch Lead for business development efforts and craft existing client growth plan; meet or exceed pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets
  • Develop and lead client workshops and presentations for annual planning, quarterly business ideas, and strategic roadmaps
  • Build and manage a team of mid-senior level Client Engagement team members
  • Ensure the success of marketing programs working with disciplines to provide a point of view on best practices and solutions
  • Drive CX initiatives on National accounts with a annual spend of 11M+; including digital transformation across commerce, content, CDP, and marketing
