Technica Corporation is seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join the Technica Team at our Corporate Headquarters, in Dulles VA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks under tight time frames. A high level of initiative and strong attention to detail is a must. We seek a friendly professional who is dedicated to customer service and able to contribute expertise and knowledge while handling vendors, clients and co-workers with 3-5 years and up of administrative experience. Essential Job duties include


  • Manage the receipt of all company deliveries and distributing company mail
  • Requisition of office supplies
  • Ability to train new employees within the administrative department
  • High level of initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Manage employee information to include employee contacts
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Perform reception duties including incoming calls
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks under tight time frames
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to use personal vehicle to purchase various items for the office if necessary
  • Identifies potential problems or areas for improvement and provides solutions
  • Hours Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.

  • High School Diploma
  • Maintain contact with various vendors
  • Greet & direct all visitors/clients/job candidates
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Handle administrative responsibilities for various department needs
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment
  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Able to work independently with little supervision in a fast paced environment with quick turn around
  • Assist with corporate event coordination
