Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and performing a wide variety of administrative, fiscal, and support activities for the President of Sam's Xpress Car Wash.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned by the President
  • Administer all of the President’s confidential matters
  • Perform general clerical duties (i.e. copying, faxing, mailing, filing)
  • Assist in tracking monthly reoccurring expenses

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • 1-2 years’ experience in related field
  • Ability to work under stress and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment, tack, and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary Public
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area
  • Real estate administration is a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business administration
