Administrative Assistant - Farmville, Va

What will I be doing?

• Train and supervise other administrative clerical staff.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director, other members of management, and all other direct service providers in the region.

• Possess excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Organizational skills: ability to organize others and independently support an organized regional office system and maintain confidentiality at all levels.
• Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in an administrative support staff position required; Experience in health care/behavioral healthcare preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as data entry and Electronic Health/Medical Records required.

Position hours Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Pay range $15-$20 per hour, based on experience.
