Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager with Cisco experience
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long term contract

You will be responsible for
  • Maintain and track deliverables
  • Prepare executive deck and arrange internal huddles to facilitate the content update. Take ownership of the key deliverables and work towards it
  • Responsible to drive team/executive/cross-track meetings, send after call summary and follow up on action items/intended outcome.
  • Share daily/weekly program summary with executives.
  • Work closely with Director to make sure his priorities are understood, accounted and tracked till closure.
  • Understanding the key issues, impact and creating a summary view for team to follow on is needed.
  • Decide on suitable strategies to track the key objective/outcome and drive the team towards it
  • Work with stakeholders follow up to ensure timelines are met
  • Help client to formulate, organize and monitor deliverables across multiple tracks under Omega and CDOS
  • Create easy and intuitive folder structure and work with team to keep documents in order.
Requirements And Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cisco Commerce, CLO Production Support knowledge is preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Own and execute any adhoc tasks called out
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
  • Being Proactive and take ownership of activities
