Contract Sr. Elearning Project Manager

As a Senior eLearning Project Manager, you play a critical role providing an excellent client experience. Serving as a trusted advisor you contribute to delivering a quality product, balancing client needs against operational targetsResponsible for driving execution of ELM product development efforts, and management of cross-functional teams that are accountable for overall program lifecycle. You work independently, handle multiple projects in parallel, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• You take swift action communicating timing of deliverables, milestones, weekly status, recaps and action items for internal team and clients
• Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization to include being comfortable presenting and driving meetings
• Critical thinker who embraces complexity. You identify, resolve or escalate project issues, facilitate outcomes/recommendations, and remove obstacles
• Proactive planning anticipating project needs and setting forth execution path
• You advocate our culture, motivate and empower others to address them in a way which builds morale and generates ownership
• You have successfully managed and work well with various teams across diverse functions - development team comprised of creative directors, art directors, designers, developers, animators, instructional designers, script writers and quality assurance
• A high performer who makes sound judgements with minimal guidance. You have a track record of leading and executing multiple client engagements
• Solution focused and resourceful. You are a self-starter with exceptional problem solving, diagnostic and organizational skills
• Agile you rapidly adapt in a dynamic environment with a comfort level managing teams in various locations

Qualifications:

• Experience using project management tools, Google applications, Slack
• You excel at relationship building
• Agile quickly assess, adapt and implement new plans
• Analytical and process driven
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture and to work effectively at both high and detailed levels
• Learning & Development industry experience (5+ years)
• Managing and resolving conflict in a positive way
• Bachelor Degree
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Authentic communicator and collaborator
• Creative thinker bringing a fresh perspective to solve problems and situations
• Aptitude for interpreting, analyzing and translating information
• Excellent organizational and time management both individual and team tasks
• Client facing consulting experience (3+ years)
• Project Management experience specifically for learning and development projects (3+ years)
• Agency experience and/or working with Fortune 500 clients preferred
• Track record managing concurrent projects with client facing role

Hours per week & Rate:

• The rate range is between $40-$50 per hour depending on project
• Up to 25 hours per week
