Job Description

Gap Inc. is currently seeking a Contract Director to oversee a team of 10 for a 3 month time frame. This person would ideally start on August 21st and be in role for 12 weeks.


The Inventory Data Science Team at Gap Inc. applies advanced machine learning techniques to drive business benefits for Gap Inc. and its brands. The team’s focus is on creating data science capabilities to support Inventory Management function at Gap Inc.


The requirements for the role are the following:

  • Experience managing people and guiding teams
  • Must have Retail experience
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of analytics


Contract Pay Rate: $80/HR - $90/HR.

This role will be payed through a 3rd party vendor, this is not a FTE role with Gap, Inc. Contractor pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
