About the Role:
InductEV is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial vehicle fleet and/or electric vehicle industry, as well as experience in charging and sustainability.
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
We expect you to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Lead the sales organization to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision makers within the commercial vehicle fleet, Electric Vehicle OEM, and adjacent channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Embrace the startup world and take on new challenges with the initiative to solve difficult problems and drive continuous improvement
We’d like you to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in sales and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the EV market and its trends
- 5-7 years of industry sales experience, not 100% required by preferred commercial vehicle fleet knowledge and/or electric vehicle industry background
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
