Commercial Sales Coordinator (Remote)

Mattress Firm’s Commercial Sales division is adding to their growing team!

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Coordinator (Remote) to provide support to the sales team and their customers along with collection and reconciliation of the departments receivables.

Responsibilities

Support a busy sales team by providing personalized service to their customers by:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by providing timely invoices, payment reminder and past dues.
• Work with sales team to understand and support their Net 30 customers’ needs.
• Pro-actively facilitate invoicing, payment reminders, past dues and collection notices.
• SKILLS
• Support accounting related inquiries from the sales team, customers, and internal depts.
• Relationship building with appropriate contacts with our N30 customers by making phone calls, seeking to understand their AP process
• Ability to analyze data and develop and present effective reports
• Proven working experience as an accounts receivable support or coordinator
• Great interpersonal skills
• Reconcile account receivable reports to ensure that all payments are applied properly.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and best practices
• Keep accounting activity updated in CRM (currently HubSpot)
• Strong proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel.
• Works well as a team and independently
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording account receivables.
• Run and maintain reports for accounts receivables
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must

Pay Range

$25 hour + Monthly Bonus
