Solar Sales Advisor Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand our company's products, services, and team culture
• Prepare and present custom solar proposals and contracts, training is provided
• Collaborate with all team members, including contractors and installers to ensure a smooth experience for the homeowner
• Be able to explain all of the benefits of going solar with our company
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and close sales
• Conduct consultations with prospective customers to assess their energy needs/usage and recommend customized solar solutions per their needs
• Recruit new solar advisors
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
• Ability to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
