Job Summary:
As the Sales Leader for North America, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of account managers and account executives. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market share, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of identity verification, a track record of success in professional SaaS sales, and exceptional leadership skills to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and account executives, providing guidance, support, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in North America.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of the identity verification market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Provide sales leadership and strategic insights to the executive team, including market intelligence, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide guidance and recommendations for sales strategies and product development.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in professional SaaS sales, ideally in the identity verification space.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership or managerial roles, with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of identity verification solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
