About the Role:

As Medallion’s Senior Payer Enrollment Manager, you will play a crucial role in the leadership of our Payer Enrollment team. You are succeeding in this role when your team is: 1) scaling efficiently, 2) making high quality, data-driven decisions, and 3) embracing a culture of continuous process improvement.

Compensation for this role is between $90,000 - $140,000 depending on location and level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the systems that help support the team’s processes. Current systems include Medallion proprietary and public ones (e.g. Front, GSheets, Salesforce).
• Support measuring and planning for the team’s performance, capacity, and growth targets.
• Develop (and maintain) a deep understanding of PE team processes, workflows, and tooling and translate that understanding into workflow improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of Payer Enrollment Leads and Managers.. Help your direct reports grow their skills via mentorship, 1:1s, and reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Design and conduct training regarding provider enrollment process and systems/process improvement initiatives.
• Works with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex provider enrollment issues as they arise.
• Constantly learn about industry best practices and bring new ideas to the organization about how to drive efficiency, growth and customer outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of management experience
• 4+ years of payer enrollment experience, including group and individual applications with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and managed care health plans
• Demonstrated organizational and management skills to manage complex situations through planning, tracking, and resource allocation to meet business objectives and timelines
• High attention to detail including effective communications at all organizational levels
• Expertise in using GSuites tools include GSheets, GDocs, and GMail

• Payor contracting and/or revenue cycle experience
• Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC)
• Startup experience
