Role
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for our educational hub, you will be responsible to create and implement a marketing strategy for our new unit. As a data-driven professional, you will test and scale marketing channels to achieve product-channel fit and accomplish our growth plan. Key tasks include establishing efficient business processes related to marketing & sales funnel. Collaborating with the product team will be essential to amplify lead generation, and enhancing teamwork with the sales department is crucial for effective lead conversion. Mastery in growth marketing, paired with skills in building teams and processes from scratch, is vital for this role.

Requirements:
- Domain Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years in a marketing role within the EdTech industry, familiar with multi-step sales funnels, and exhibiting strong business outcomes.
- People Management: Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams from scratch.
- Bachelor's degree: in business, communication, or marketing.
- Growth Marketing Expertise: Established track record in growth marketing with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and achieving positive ROI.
- Process Creation: Ability to design and implement efficient business processes, particularly those related to sales funnels and lead conversion.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English C2) essential for promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL and BI tools, with experience in A/B testing and marketing strategy optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing team: to generate sales qualified leads (SQLs) to grow sales 50% per year
- Team Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders across the organization, including product and sales teams. Provide strategic initiatives and insights to drive user growth and ensure alignment of goals across departments.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Dashly's educational hub.
- Sales Funnel Processes: Establish and refine business processes related to the sales funnel. Identify bottlenecks and initiate activities to enhance conversion rates from visitors to customers.
- Marketing Channel Optimization: Evaluate, optimize, and launch marketing channels, aiming for targeted lead numbers and positive ROI.
