We are in search of a Company Spokesperson who would like to be more than just a freelancer – we want a genuine co-founder for our mental health app. That means more freedom, and responsibility but giving up a large part of your cash compensation in exchange for becoming the coowner of the company.

A decade ago, we established a dating platform centered around IQ and personality test matches. We departed from the project 8 years ago after a 2-year journey. However, we've recently re-acquired the venture, transforming it into a peer-to-peer conversational therapy platform. Within the last 4 months, we've attracted over 80,000 new registrations.

🌐 DAO ORGANIZATION

Our unique organizational structure operates as a founder cooperative. This means almost 20 founders collaboratively own our Delaware C-Corp, with ownership distributed based on the amount of individual work contributions. Every founder agrees to a balance between ownership and monetary compensation: the more equity a person wants to hold, the lesser the cash component.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL TEAM

Our robust team boasts psychologists, engineers, designers, project managers, and marketers. However, we are on the hunt for a company spokesperson eager to help us achieve unicorn status. Collaborate with an eclectic team, including ex-Google personnel and startup professionals from nations like Canada, USA, Finland, Germany, Argentina, and Brazil.

📬 WHAT YOU WILL DO

You could be involved in many aspects but your main focus will be the micro course creation. As part of that we would want you to record videos of yourself with your mobile (low production quality).

Our Current Offerings:

• Free : Basic tests, results, and participation in self-help groups like Feeling Good Circle, Self-Esteem Builders, and more.
• Premium : Advanced psychometric tests, detailed results, and 1:1 psychotherapy.

Diving into Micro Courses:

We're crafting mini-courses delivered via engaging emails, blending text and videos. As we develop courses on topics like leveraging personality for success, we're looking to enrich our content with videos.

Your Video Role:

You'll be our primary video presenter, making genuine connections with our audience. While other co-founders, especially our psychotherapists, may occasionally feature, you'll be the lead. Don't worry about editing – we have that covered. Your task? Record content with your mobile phone, which we'll co-create.

💲 TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATIONS

Like many of our founders, you have the luxury of part-time, remote work, starting from a mere 10 hours weekly. Your compensation mirrors that of other co-founders: a blend of cash and equity. Total compensation is derived from multiplying your hourly rate with hours worked. The flexibility exists to split your compensation between cash and equity. Presently, cash compensation is capped at approximately 30%. In addition, we incentivize every team member to chose equity (ownership) over cash by multiplying the equity by 2 and dividing the cash by 4. To give you an example, if a cofounder has a work contribution of 1000 USD, they could take this out in equity and get 2000 USD, or in cash and only get 250 USD. But as only 30% can be taken in cash, the maximum cash is a mere 75 USD.

However, we just started to make revenue and soon are able to pay out much more cash to every cofounder.
