Career Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Building reports and delivering specific data sets (monthly, quarterly, annually) for analysis by the JOB PLUS Project Manager and the USI Leadership Team.

Creating statistical reports, data overviews, and real time dashboards to reflect progress and achievements.

Create/modify existing Data Management Plan, describing methodologies for data capture, responsibility and frequency.

Ensure all data is safely stored in a consolidated JOB PLUS dataset within LEARN.

Assist the evaluation team in collecting and managing data.

Reporting measurements per the Jobs Plus schedule.

Provide overall oversight of the project's use of LEARN

Maintain sfrong working relationship with Social Solutions Train all project staff to effectively use LEARN

QUALIFICATIONS

EducationÆxperience Required:

Graduate degree in a relevant field.

At least 5 years of management experience.

Skills/Competencies Required:

Track record of effectively leading and scaling a performance- and outcomes-based project.

Ability to analyze and interpret disaggregated data, and to base program designs on resident-driven and data-driven rationale.
