A large portion of our company growth has been a result of our Job Order Contracting projects we complete with numerous state & local entities.

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years of Project Management Experience- Either within Job Order Contracting, Civil Projects (Roadways) or Mechanical Projects
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• College Degree in Construction Related Field

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor and report on project progress
• Safe practices and operations leading by example.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Present to stakeholders' and report on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Lead quality assurance
• Track deliverables
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Manage budget
• Allocate project resources
• Define tasks and required resources
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project
• Follow rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and instructions.
• Collect and manage project team
• Support and direct team
• Plan and implement projects
