- Monitor and report on project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports, and ensure they are regularly updated and communicated to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved.
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
