Job Details


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects with a focus on multifamily projects. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management.


Responsibilities


  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports, and ensure they are regularly updated and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved.
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
