Project Manager - $100K-$150K + Bonus

We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are based out of Rockford, IL and specialize in multi family developments all over the surrounding Northern Illinois area. What You Will Be Doing

• Perform multiple tasks including bidding and awarding trades, processing submittals, generating RFI's etc.
• Colaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc..
• Outline work plan, assign duties
• Manage financial aspects of projcet contracts.
• Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements

What You Need for this Position

• Experience in Chicago and surrounding suberbs
• Experience working in multi family and commercial construction
• In depth knowledge of project management software
• 5+ years of experience as PM with similiar projects
