Your Role…


As the Campus Recruiter, you will:


  • Partner with clients in a consultative manner in order to influence hiring decisions related to talent, diversity and conversion strategy.
  • Utilize recruitment tools for workflow tracking, communication and management of candidates. 
  • Represent The Walt Disney Company for recruiting purposes at events, job fairs, conferences, etc.  
  • Participate in special projects as needed.  
  • Collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.  
  • Conduct in-depth preliminary interviews and assess potential candidates for best fit.
  • Join a highly collaborative team of recruiters from all over the country who work together to match talent to key roles at The Walt Disney Company.  We literally change lives every day by giving students and new graduates a chance to join the best and the brightest at Disney, and by adding to the talent pool which makes us one of the most successful, innovative companies in the world.

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree.


Additional Information:


This position is a temp/recurring (seasonal) role which will require full time hours during specific seasons and part time hours during slower periods. The temp/recurring recruiter will be client facing and carry their own requisitions, but in a slightly reduced number compared to a full time recruiter, depending on the needs of the business.


The hiring range for this remote position is $71,600 to $116,400 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
