Campus Recruiter And Program Sales Associate

We want to talk to you if you understand the process of recruiting and coaching young talent and you know how to sell programs and services. Candidates with experience working in a school or an institution that serves high school students, or the department of education are encouraged to apply.
This position requires a good amount of relationship building with various types of stakeholders and supporting our auto tech program. Your ability to communicate with the various types of stakeholders and provide reports to the department of education is important.
• About 30% of your duties will include visits to classrooms, after school programs, job fairs, and summer camps where you can share our career opportunities and recruit for our apprenticeship program. You will track your visits and your progress and report to management. You are also responsible for continuous follow-up with students, parents, counselors, and school administrators.
• About 25% of your time will be spent communicating with and fulfilling the reporting requirement of the Florida Department of Education apprenticeship division.
• About 30% will be spent on selling related to the apprenticeship program, organizing the annual auto tech competition, and selling related to our Annual Auto Show.
• About 15% of your time will be spent innovating, reviewing programs, and supporting other programs of the association.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education with recruiting and program sales experience.
• Experience with talent sourcing and conducting job fairs and recruiting events.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, generating leads, and selling programs and services.
