Junior Recruiter (Ft)

Title: Junior Recruiter/Gainesville.

Reports to: Human Resources.

Salary: $17-$19/hr.

Job Purpose

A Junior Recruiter’s primary role is to achieve staffing objectives based on Client’s needs and be responsible for the Full Recruiting Life Cycle of the recruiting process. This person is expected to be highly motivated and organized and to be able to perform their job independently of direct supervision. This position may require travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening resumes.
• Participate in recruiting events.
• Schedule calls and interviews.
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks.
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens.
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews.

Requirements And Skills

• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Tech-savvy.
• Strong in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years of proven work experience in an HR or Recruiting role.
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Good Judgment & Organizational Skills.
