As part of this team, the Point of Contact (POC) needs to be energized by relationships and fueled by curiosity in supporting the Interview Recruitment Team within the daily operation. Your Role…


In this exciting role, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of people, process, and technology within a fast-paced, environment. This position requires a high level of integrity fueled by your ability to be resourceful, overcome hurdles, think outside the box and the ability to build long term relationships with others to accomplish goals. Your role will directly support the recruiters in the day-to-day operation of interviews with candidates for the Disney College Program. Keeping the operation on track where 300-400 interviews could be happening per day. Inclusive of scheduling support, operation efficiency, answering questions and jumping in where necessary. Written and verbal communication skills are essential and one’s ability to create an open environment where recruiters can rely on your support. Along with ensuring our recruiters have an effective resource, you will be part of a team who continually challenges themselves to undergo constant evolution within our operational processes.

What You Bring to the Role:


  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and make accurate decisions in a rapidly changing work environment while effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to effectively partner with various team members within College & International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Proven organizational skills while ensuring attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise integrity and strong judgment, using discretion, while working with minimal direction or supervision
  • Task oriented with experience following structured processes
  • Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite products, SharePoint, and Kenexa
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication as well as exemplary ability to foster relationships with the team while providing a seamless guest experience
  • Proven ability to navigate and trouble shoot from a computer technology standpoint
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a structured and autonomous environment while communicating effectively with key team members
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations with focus on interview techniques and applicant assessments


Preferred Training/Education:


  • Prior or current Walt Disney Company experience with understanding of Disney’s HR systems and processes
  • Leading teams: proven experience leading College Program students
  • Partnering: proven experience partnering with Disney Internships & Programs areas
  • Proven success with recruitment / interview experiences / 3+ years College Program Recruitment experience
  • Experience with Kenexa / SAP


The hiring range for this remote position is $39,950 to $53,592 per year based on a 24 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.


Additional Information:


  • Travel: Travel to the Orlando area may be required for initial on-boarding training as well as potential ongoing training (typically once per year).
  • Required Availability: This position is Casual Temporary and current state it is required to provide an average of minimum of 30-35 hours per week based on Eastern Standard Time office hours(Monday – Friday) during recruitment seasons (August – November, January – April) (Exceptions may apply based on Recruiter location). Availability during non-recruitment season will be required based on business need.
  • Location: Open to remote. This position can be located throughout most of the continental United States utilizing a dedicated home office (that includes reliable phone and high speed wired internet service and video capability)
