What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Coordinate with recruiting to ensure candidates are moved through processes quickly
• Work with the EA team to build and implement processes
• Work closely with events marketing team to ensure client events are effective
• Maintain a calendar and schedule for the SVP of Institutional Sales. Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, anticipate conflicts, and resolve last minute changes
• Attend meetings as requested, gather and distribute materials for clients, take notes, follow up on AI’s
• Manage the inbox of the executive, maintain strict confidentiality
• Coordinate and schedule heavy business travel (domestic and international)
• Manage invoicing and vendor onboarding
• Heavy expenses/reimbursement
• Organize team and client offsites (virtual and in person) as required
• Creating and leading team morale events (happy hours, coffee chats, etc)
• Maintain strong relationships with STP team members to keep track of priorities

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• Expert knowledge of Google Suite
• Must demonstrate a positive, helpful, and humble demeanor. No job is too small!
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Interest in implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity
• Self starter and exemplary problem solver
• Available to work outside of normal business hours
• Proactive nature who comes to the table with solutions and ideas
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range

$110,500—$130,000 USD
