about this role
Reporting to the Manager, Learning + Leadership, Global Fulfillment, Lead, develops and manage, a DC site learning team to deliver leadership development and functional training in alignment with strategic business priorities. Enable delivery of training and leadership development programs (onboarding, always-on, offsites, and functional) through DC Campus Learning Team.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
qualifications

• Responsible for consulting with Global Fulfillment department leaders and Campus Directors executing on annual curriculum delivery strategy for DC Campus.
• Enable delivery of Training and development programs (onboarding, ongoing and cyclical) through Learning Team.
• Identify appropriate localization needs and delivery methods to maximize learning retention while maintaining industry watch for best practices in learning.
• Leads, develops, manages, and recruits team of learning specialist/partners and learning facilitators to deliver functional training in alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Facilitate site learning content, events, and development sessions to Manager+ population.
• Ensure training is sustainable and scalable by measuring and monitoring training through a clear assessment of need with trackable results to measure proficiency, expertise, on-the-job application, and connection to business results; hold team responsible to measure and monitor training effectiveness
• Oversee delivery of learning programs across DC Campus with consideration of the holistic view of our current and future business to execute strategy, achieve business goals & enable career development.
• Partner with program manager and/or learning designer to advise on program sustainment.

must haves

• Experience in high growth retail organization a plus.
• Experience and understanding of adult learning principles, learning design and various delivery methods.
• Ability to create a variety of strategic learning solutions based on need.
• 5 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery.
• Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult learning theory and educational curriculum development.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering learning in Distribution Centers.
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Education, Learning & Development, Business, Organizational Behavior or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits Package
For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from $75,100 - $98,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering , subject to program eligibility requirements.
