Okta is seeking a Business Operations Analyst, Jira Specialist to focus on effectively scaling our Product Delivery function. The Business Operations Analyst will develop and configure technical solutions to allow our teams to better collaborate and deliver effectively. As a Jira and Confluence developer and administrator, this role should be passionate about Agile and driven by continuous improvement through better tools and processes.
You will:

• Maintain Knowledge Base specific to Agile tool usage and best practices and provide training to users.
• Subject Management Expert (SME) to provide recommendations and troubleshoot issues
• Facilitate new Project creation and clean-up
• Manage and maintain Okta Customer Identity Cloud’s suite of Atlassian tools (JSM, Confluence, Jira) and associated plugins
• Serve as a member of our Ways of Working Council to ensure changes and improvements are fully integrated to our product development lifecycle
• Update and/or managing workflows, fields, automation, permission schemas, filters, notifications, dashboards, and subscriptions
• Evaluate plugins to solve for specific requirements
• User and group project management and maintenance

You’re a good fit if you have:

• Demonstrates strong work ethic
• Strong experience with Atlassian relational databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience working with Atlassian data center and cloud versions of JSM and Confluence
• Expertise with Atlassian Jira Service Management, Confluence, and JIRA
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:
$90,000—$126,000 USD
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$100,000—$140,000 USD
