Healthcare Program Manager With 7+ Years Of Experience In Agile, Jira, Jira Align, 100% Remote

6 month contract to hire position for a Healthcare Program Manager with 7+ years of experience in Agile, Jira, jira align, SmartSheets, and Confluence.

Previous experience with healthcare is required.

100% remote

Day to day:

• Day to day will be similar in nature to a Program Manager/Release Train Engineer. This resource will manage a large, complex, IT program, that spans across various stakeholders (Business, IT, Cross-Org within Corporate, Health Plan). They will manage the overall timeline, including the epic, features, story, tasks, milestones, etc, comms between various areas, be expected to identify/manage/mitigate issues, risks, barriers and impediments, facilitate meetings at all levels, etc.

• Delivering the program on time and within budget with quality within the Business Aligned Value team.

Tell me about what their first day looks like:

• Log on and make sure connections are working, complete required training, validate access to tools, meet and greet, overview of the program, including history, current obstacles, key decisions needed, and critical stakeholders.

What previous job titles or background work will in this role?

• We are looking for a hybrid resource that has managed various methodologies, including but not limited too, waterfall, agile (scrum, XP, Kanban) and scaled agile (SAFe). Knowledge of JIRA and JIRA Align are a plus. An individual that challenges status quo and isn’t afraid to think outside the box would be helpful.
