Identity Intelligence Analyst Jobs

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with discussing IAM concepts with non-technical users

Strong knowledge and understanding of various Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts

Strong working experience in administration and support of IAM products - Okta preferred

Experience with Agile/Scrum based project execution

Experience working with end users to solve access issues

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Education: College degree or equivalent experience.

Solves complex issues and applies in-depth professional knowledge and practical expertise.

Shares knowledge of best practices and understands integration across applications.

Ensures and maintains the integrity, integration, and stability of the applications.

Develops and maintains test plans and scripts.

Completes testing cycles (unit, functional and integration testing).

Possesses a thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft.

Capable of coordinating analysis production with senior level and Team Lead oversight.

Able to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.

Able to brief mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences.

Able to operate both independently and as a member of a team.

US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ current SCI.

Facilitates and manages maintenance of facility-specific dictionaries

Coordinates facility clinical application reporting requests, assists with defining report requirements, and validates reporting results.

Excellent leadership and teaching abilities

Serves as a key onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of a broad set of clinical applications.

Leads and facilitates the facility's core clinical systems team on clinical IT activities

Serves as project leader for facility-based implementations of clinical applications software releases and new products

User and group project management and maintenance

Subject Management Expert (SME) to provide recommendations and troubleshoot issues

Expertise with Atlassian Jira Service Management, Confluence, and JIRA

Manage and maintain Okta Customer Identity Cloud’s suite of Atlassian tools (JSM, Confluence, Jira) and associated plugins

Evaluate plugins to solve for specific requirements

Maintain Knowledge Base specific to Agile tool usage and best practices and provide training to users.
