Job Description

**MUST WORK EAST COAST HOURS**

6 Month Contract with possible Extensions

Must Haves:

  • Ideal candidate will have experience pulling data from Jira Align + Enterprise Insights
  • Experience building customized dashboards in Tableau
  • Experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data
  • Experience developing reporting derived from Jira/Jira Align
  • I.e. Epics, features, OKRs, dependency mapping, etc.
  • Analytical and investigation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision as well as in a team environment
  • Prior experience in supporting user community by generating reporting with data derived from Jira /Jira Align/Agile Tools
  • SQL (building queries)
  • Understands Agile and Jira terminology
  • Inner and outer joins
  • Proven ability to support to Agile tools
  • In-depth understanding of relational databases


Day-to-Day:

  • Build customized dashboards in Tableau for senior and executive leadership
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
  • Analyze information from enterprise insights
  • Deliver reporting on metrics related to agility
  • Provide hands on support to integrate tools and drive data standards across a suite of tools, especially Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps and Jira Align
