Remote Work - Need Jira Sme

Jira implementation. They need a JIRA SME to come in and guide the project end to end as lead consultant on the project.

Responsibilities

• Currently there are two different teams in the client's JIRA instance. Helping client to understand how to manage the instance itself, what should they know now while we are "small in usage" to help avoid future problems.
• Ability to help the client train and learn the differences in global administration and project admin.
• Document both decisions made by themselves, but also helping to own documentation the client forms as a team surrounding Jira and governance.
• Client has ownership of administration for Jira going forward. Helps client to understand what that means and how to manage that set of duties.
• If there are integration abilities between Jira ServiceNow, Confluence, ADO, other tooling the client owns is a major plus.
• Jira project management
• Ticketing, internally how do we interact with teams and their service requests. The client wants to start from scratch and have the contractor selected to select the model and explain/show it to them.
• Ability to not only help setup the jira instance, but also able to explain verbally the steps they are taking to client's project team.
• Jira service management, does and don'ts, and utilization utilize it

Requirements

• Experienced providing end-user training for new Jira implementation.
• Jira project management experience
• Experience presenting to executive leadership regarding product selection and project updates throughout implementation
• Experienced advising teams on the integration of Jira to other client tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, ADO, etc.
• Jira Admin Certified
• Ability to Present deliverables to Leadership during product demos and steering committee meetings.
• Experience leading implementation of multiple initiatives increasing utilization of Jira.
• Experienced implementing best practices and supporting Scrum and Kanban teams in Jira and Confluence, driving transformation on how work is managed.
• Experience establishing governance and KPI's for utilization of the product.
