Position Details:

We are excited to announce a full-time opening for the role of Business Executive Assistant, featuring work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position operates under an independent contractor agreement (1099), offering flexibility in your work arrangement.

As a Business Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

MS Office Proficiency: Demonstrating expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to efficiently create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails.

Project Control: Assisting in project coordination, tracking, and documentation to ensure projects are executed smoothly and deadlines are met effectively.

Availability Management: Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives, ensuring optimal time management and efficient allocation of resources.

Financial Administration: While prior experience with QuickBooks (QB) or bookkeeping is preferred, your assistance in managing financial records, invoices, and expenses will be valuable in maintaining accurate financial documentation.

HR Support: Providing basic human resources support, including assistance with employee onboarding, record maintenance, and other HR-related tasks.

Basic Procurement: Assisting with basic procurement tasks, such as sourcing and ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.

Compensation Range:

The compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with your skills and the scope of responsibilities agreed upon in the contract.
