Rugiet Healthis an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company aimed at disrupting the US Healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered through a bespoke/luxury online marketplace.Rugietis operated by a small but passionate management team with deep industry experience in Clinical, Marketing, and Technology verticals.
We are looking for a responsible Executive/Personal Assistant who is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives, as well as being able to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. We are seeking a candidate who can be self-motivated and work collaboratively with teams within the company.
Please note, at this time we are only able to consider candidates in central Texas that can come into the Central East Austin office.
About the Role:
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Helping with daily time management.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, manage calendars, taking notes, and recording minutes.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Run errands as requested.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new or updated software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, or Associate's degree plus two years of related experience required.
- At least two years of related experience is required.
Compensation:
- Stock options
- $55,000 - $60,000/year depending on experience
Hours of Operation:
- Onsite
- Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
