Associate Account Executive Jobs

Bakery Agency is looking for entry-level Associate Account Executives. You'll be the key day-to-day project contact with clients and partners, overseeing timelines, work expectations, and trafficking communication between groups. This is a great role for someone looking to break into the creative agency world in a client service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Project Managers and external Producers to properly inform agency projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and proactively address their needs.
• Review and update reports and weekly status trackers
• Be a sponge and learn everything you can about our business and the way we operate
• Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
• Work with more senior members of the Account Services team to schedule and organize client meetings, manage correspondence, and take care of necessary logistics to achieve ideal briefs and clear feedback.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients on projects and general inquiries

Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1 year of professional account management experience, preferably in a creative agency environment
• Adept at professional project organization, time management and client service skills
• Must be located in the continental United States and be willing to work on-site in Austin, TX
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• An action-oriented spirit and a laser focus on the outcome, not just on the process
• A passion for advertising and/or campaign development
