- Modified work schedules such as a 4-day work week
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of new customer projects.
- Consult with prospects, understand their business challenges and requirements, and develop and present solutions that help them achieve their goals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing deals and securing signed contracts.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding new customer booking targets.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to understand client needs, identify challenges, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and address client concerns.
- 3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success in selling services
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
