Description

TechHuman is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our internal team of Talent professionals. With a high sense of urgency and flexibility, the incumbent will develop new business accounts, manage current accounts, and work closely with the Talent Management team (not a full desk position). Requirements

  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Strong sense of competition and extremely driven/self-motivated
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • 2+ years of Sales Lead/Management experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)
  • Customer relationship management, consultative, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • 4+ years of Account Manager/Business Development/Sales Mgmt experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)
  • Energetic, high sense of urgency
  • Able to travel locally to client sites with the flexibility to attend after-hours networking events
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1+ year of Technical Recruiting experience (agency preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with a proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering excellence
  • Strong ‘whatever it takes' work ethic and ‘can-do’ personality
