We are seeking a talented and experienced Specialty Stores Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Specialty Stores Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of all our brands within the specialty retail sector. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with specialty stores, and ensuring the consistent representation of all our brands across all touchpoints. Salary 80-100K DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new product launches, including coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products in specialty stores.
- Responsible for managing and working with outside specialty store rep groups. Meet with them regularly to ensure growth with inventory checks and updated sales assets.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper brand representation, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and guide their efforts in promoting and selling our products to specialty stores.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to position our products effectively within the specialty retail market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging best practices in specialty retail to continually refine brand strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Provide training and support to store staff on product features and benefits to enhance their knowledge and ability to effectively communicate brand value propositions.
- Identify and target specialty stores that align with our brands’ values and product offerings, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within the specialty retail sector and make strategic recommendations to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to visit specialty stores and attend industry events.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence store owners, and effectively present ideas.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the specialty retail landscape, including understanding of key players, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in business management within the specialty retail sector, with a track record of successfully launching and growing brands in this market.
