Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of New Business to join the NoGood team! The successful candidate will partner with our CEO and Leadership team to identify, qualify, pursue, and win strategic and tactical new business, facilitating a smooth integration of new clients into our operational model.
You Will Work On:
- Prioritizing opportunities, with a focus on the right fit and scale for NoGood
- Leveraging an understanding of digital and offline marketing and a network within that sector to drive end-end new business activity
- Continuing to define new business processes, and manage that processes in conjunction with the Director of Operations and other leads involved in the New Business process
- Quickly grasping clients’ motivations and needs, and establishing a potential response
- Handling approaches and following up on new business leads
- Contributing to presentations and other marketing materials utilized for new business purposes
- Codifying our growth proposition, with a focus on continuing to evolve our client engagements from projects to long-term strategic engagements
- Being strategic and energetic, quickly building strong relationships with clients and NoGood’s internal teams
- Leading strategic alignment with NoGood’s new business goals with the CEO and leadership team
- Supporting in defining and developing an existing new business strategy tailored to NoGood’s needs and vision
- Understanding what is buyable for clients at the point they’re at in their journey
You Have:
- Experience with Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Product or related fields
- Excellent contract review and management skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience in New Business/Sales, preferably in a Marketing, Ad, or Creative Agency setting
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close
