Description
As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator, you will primarily collaborate with the Project Manager to understand client needs, develop project documentation, take project notes, research topics related to topics pertinent to aging, assist in coordinating large stakeholder meetings and public facing Town Hall meetings including provision for required accommodations.
Duties

• Subject matter research.
• Be proactive in identifying risks and present to the team for discussion.
• Project plan support and update.
• Support project manager in updating/maintaining project management documentation.
• Provide meeting logistics support for council, stakeholder and Town Hall meetings, including researching/identifying potential meeting locations, identifying and procuring support for required accommodations (ASL interpreters, for example).
• Drafting project documentation including PPT.
• Daily stand up meetings.
• Issue tracking, classification, and prioritization.
• Support meetings and activities of the larger aging council and stakeholder committees.
• Take meeting notes in detail.
• Meeting logistics and RSVP tracking (attendance).
• May include some PT travel within NYS.
• Meeting notes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (10+ Years)

Requirements

• Business Analysis or Project Management experience in consulting and/or healthcare
• This is an 100% Onsite
• Experience in healthcare industry and knowledge in various healthcare domains.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least 1-2 years of BA or PM experience in healthcare or aging. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience working with strategic planning and developing project plans and roadmap
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in public relations, communications, and working with the general public.
