Business Analyst (Beauty Through Science Usa)

As a Business Analyst at Beauty Through Science USA, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
3. Conduct research, collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights to support decision-making.
4. Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address identified business needs and opportunities.
6. Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
7. Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems or process changes, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.
8. Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to measure effectiveness, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and insights.
10. Collaborate with other analysts and team members to share knowledge, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
4. Proficient in using data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile projects.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
8. Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information while maintaining accuracy.
9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
10. Knowledge of the beauty industry or previous experience in the healthcare or cosmetic field is a plus.
