E-Procurement/Contracts (Ariba) & Inventory Systems experience preferred

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and assess market trends and dynamics

3+ years of sourcing experience required, preferably in packaging

Knowledge in flexible and secondary packaging a plus

Knowledge of printing technology a plus

Strong leadership, relationship building, and communication skills

Develop and issue RFPs for all packaging sourcing related projects including supply chain/logistics, professional services, and capital projects

Responsible for meeting annual COGS targets by managing supplier contracts, spend and performance

· Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, category management, process redesign and continuous improvement experience.

· Minimum of 2 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience

· Experience leading and participating on cross-functional and/or global teams

o End to end tracking and reporting of change requests.

2+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience.

Knowledge of logistics terminology and relevant data elements for reporting/analysis building.

Assists management with coordination of legal and excluded provider reviews per legal and corporate guidelines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education

Coordinates with contract managers to maximize premier incentives and rebates available to the organization through premier contracts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrate into the different Power BI data, and be able to update Power Bi, and introduce new clients, or brands.

Synthesize data and communicate findings (infographics, presentations, KPI Dashboards).
