The health and welfare benefit coordinator will research, analyze, and administer corporate benefit plans and programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Liaise with benefit vendor to work escalations, issues and exceptions.
• Special project as necessary.
• Assist in Annual Enrollment setup, process and post enrollment audits.
• Review, analyze and resolve interface file errors.
• Audit benefit plans.
• Assist with the administration of the U.S. Health and Welfare Benefits Programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, prescription, life/disability, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts.

Education and Skills

• Acute attention to detail and organization
• Advanced Excel skills desired
• Experience working with HR systems
• Strong communication skills
