Employee Benefits Producer Jobs

Welling Young, LLC has partnered with a rapidly growing, independent retail insurance agency in the Dallas area that is seeking to expand their Employee Benefits Production team. Our client is a privately held super regional. They are searching for a talented, experienced Employee Benefits Producer to work in their North Dallas office as their EB practice is under-brokered. They currently have a large team of P&C Producers and a handful of EB Producers.

This client offers a strong base salary plus aggressive splits, up to 55% New and 30% Renewal once validated. They also have an equity/partnership track.

Requirements:

• Excellent follow up skills
• Prospect and secure opportunities to provide insurance services
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Create and maintain lead list from various sources
• Assist in soliciting, preparation and review of insurance proposals, policies, and renewal information
• Devote your exclusive attention and time during working hours to the business of the Company and perform the duties and responsibilities necessary to produce Net Commissions and Fees on behalf of the Company
• Collect, review and provide accurate and thorough submission information to account managers for marketing
• Comply with all state licensing and continuing education requirements necessary to perform your duties.
• A track record of success and attaining production goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Insurance Sales Experience preferably in the retail agency space.
• Strong connections and lead generation
