Job Description

About the Role

The Employee Benefits Analyst opening is a great opportunity to learn and grow with one of the country’s largest health and welfare brokers. This is a support role on the service team that’s focused on managing information and analyzing data for current employee benefits clients’ employee benefits programs.


Skills & Experience

  • At least one (1) year of group employee benefits experience within the insurance industry or in a professional setting (Human Resources/benefits administration)
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability to participate in and/or run enrollment meetings and work with clients on any other policy servicing issues
