As the Benefits Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with dedicated Payroll and HR professionals to execute a range of benefits-related tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting employees in enrolling for dental, vision, and medical insurance plans.
- Serving as a vital liaison for employee concerns with benefits administrators and insurance providers.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Guiding new hires through benefits explanations, enrollment, and fulfillment procedures.
- Ensuring our company's benefits policy aligns seamlessly with legal mandates and regulations.
- Monitoring bi-weekly payroll deductions and reconciling benefit data.
- Assisting in the timely processing of benefit changes related to LOA, including health insurance continuation and other applicable benefits.
- Providing consultation to employees on eligibility and other essential matters.
- Offering continuous support to our payroll and HR teams.
- Creating informative presentations and guides to enhance employee understanding.
- Processing enrollments swiftly and with precision.
Qualifications: Required Education and Experience:
- Three years of hands-on benefit coordination experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Familiarity with UltiPro software is a plus.
