Associate Digital Project Manager - Remote

• Help customers plan and identify the best ways to utilize the software
• Other duties as assigned
• Effectively uses Medable's software and other systems and solutions required to support customers and projects
• Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
• Proactively identifies and addresses issues or risks
• Study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices
• Has in-depth understanding and knowledge of Medable's software and the use cases of Medable's solution in the market
• Provide technical and product support
• Establish and teach customer support practices and procedures
• Provide training on products and customizations
• Effectively prioritizes own and workload of other team members
• Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure deliverables are complete on time
• Lead project implementations and product configurations for client accounts
• Educate customers on the capabilities of the software
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Establish and manage project timelines and objectives, driving them to timely completion

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing project plans
• Strong time-management skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
• Experience with clinical trial (ePRO, EDC, mobile) or healthcare software solutions (preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of customer service practices
• Experience with clinical trial data management (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint
• Team player attitude - collaborative approach
• Excellent communicators both orally and in writing
• Experience working with budgets (preferred)
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or the equivalent work experience.
• Prior track record working on project implementations and product configurations for client accounts on this level (preferred)
• Experience working in the clinical trial industry (preferred)

Education, Certification and Licenses:

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or health-related degree preferred
