Sr Manager, Creative Digital Operations - Too Faced

Too Faced is looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager, Global Creative Operations Digital to join our creative family in Irvine, Ca. This Sr. Manager is responsible for leading Too Faced cosmetics e-commerce site and digital programs in conjunction with our online and creative teams. This individual is a natural leader and problem solver who manages every detail of a project, from overarching strategy through to the program details timeline, scope, resources and budget. Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations, this individual is responsible for establishing, facilitating and maintaining workflow and communication between Creative, Marketing and Online teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage Too Faced site content updates and feature releases with Online Team.
• Manage day to day relationship with cross functional teams to understand digital pipeline of projects and online platform functionality.
• Allocate resources weekly and working in coordination with other project managers in prioritizing projects.
• Manage highly complex technical deliveries ensuring foresight on delivery issues and creating mitigation plans with Online Team.
• Keep projects on track through streamlined planning and task management on Wrike. Responsible for issuing status reports, and meeting notes.
• Manage each phase of the internal and external approval process including the approval of concepts, layouts and final creative.
• Set up and lead meetings, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work
• Communicate project issues and resolution to internal stakeholders
• Project manage digital monthly programs in partnership with the digital design director, head of copy and global online team

Qualifications

• Strong partner to creative and internal stakeholders
• Is used to being the point person for internal or external clients
• Proactive and positive approach, presents solutions and strives to solves problems
• Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• S/he is comfortable presenting creative work and running high level meetings
• 5-7+ year’s experience in project management for an in-house creative team or agency.
• Prior experience working on digital creative, with exposure to web development and product management
• Has a flexible attitude and can work in ambiguous situations

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $96,500 to $159,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
